Couldn't make sense of a number of words around the top left corner. To me, they look like kanji that don't exist. Hoping a more proficient Japanese reader can pitch in here...

note #4190923: Pretty sure it says "勝手に戦え!!!" but lacking context on the character/situation I can't come up with a solid translation. Could be like "go ahead and fight" or "fight however you want" but the character's expression and usual connotation of 勝手 make me think it could be sarcasm or a reference I don't understand at all. Maybe the character is refusing a request for support and telling the requester to fight on their own? Hoping it's clear to someone who knows the character or event being referenced.

The character is Garion/Binah. She is/was a member of the all-encompassing mega-corporation that rules the Project Moon setting, the Head. As an Arbiter, she enforced the Head's rules by exterminating all offenders. The bird-creature shown there is a Cuckoospawn, a creature from the lands outside the City the Head rules over. One of the Head's taboos is that no sapient nonhuman lifeforms are allowed to exist inside the City. In the past, someone manipulated people into making a "medicine" that caused a Cuckoospawn to grow inside the body of the person who ingests it; after having someone read off the recipe for the medicine, the Cuckoospawn proceeded to grow, tear out of the mother's womb, and rapidly propagate through all the surrounding witnesses facehugger-style. Then Garion showed up and annihilated all of the Cuckoospawn—along with those who survived the initial outbreak, since knowing how to bring a sapient nonhuman lifeform into the City is also part of the taboo and there was the part where everyone present heard the exact recipe.

The creature across from the Cuckoospawn is a Seaborn from Arknights, a kind of lifeform whose genetic material can infect other lifeforms and convert them into more Seaborn. So with the VS text between them, I assumed Binah's reaction was based on the context of "oh god there's two of them now, leave me out of this".

The Fingers are 親指, 人差し指, 中指, 薬指, and 小指. Five Fingers is 五本指 and 'fingers' (in reference to them) is 指.
