Anyways, while it's also true that many women leak urine occasionally during sex, it's in small amounts and is leaked not squirted like female ejaculate.

Both substances come from the urethra, so that has no bearing in it. They simply come from different areas, with urine coming from the bladder and ejaculate coming from the skene's glands. -------------
Whether it's actually female ejaculate or just clear urine could be up to debate. But within the context of the picture ejaculate seems to make more sense to me as what the artist would be going for.
