At this point only an explicit ban could stop his yammering, and even then I doubt it would last long.
Going by my own personal experience, he might just be leaving a comment and never really checking up on the votes and such- I know I've done that a lot, leaving comments, only checking them once in a blue moon/if I expect a reply, and only then seeing how they were downvoted or upvoted. The dude might be genuinely unaware of how badly his comment spam is coming across.

Unless he is extremely tunnel-vision or just wilfully blind to everything else, one of the post from few months (or was it earlier this year) ago had the first comment outright telling him to stop all this nonsensical narrative he's forcing on these post and mf still continues to do so till this day, so I am inclined to believe the latter. Like ain't no way he didn't see that comment first before making his own.
