You know, I actually wouldn't have believed Satori myself until that really creepy part in the middle of the battle where it just shows Koakuma with the most angry and dissatisfied look.
You know, it was quite stupid for them not to believe Satori. Satori came back to Remilia, apologized and was willing to do whatever to make up for Koishi's actions. On top of that, Satori is famous for her mind-reading so... why wouldn't you believe a mind-reader?

Who would you rather believe, your own family or the person whose hazardously insane little sister nearly attempted to murder your family gatekeeper and possibly crippled your own family's child (little sister)?

It's only logical to doubt a mind-reader.
You are correct. Even I would have my doubts. But even so, she was willing to do anything to make up for her sister. That would, at least, make me consider why she said that, ya know?
I'm not sure if that's just some weird reflection in her eye, or if it's meant to be a symbol of her inner evil. Either way, she look so damn cute. Remember that she's evil, remember that she's evil...
Heh, so could this be considered "Disgustingly Adorable" in a different sense of the phrase?

Some particular mind readers trick others after all
