The top line appears to be EoSD's kanji name, but the bottom line appears to be Chinese? 附带丈档? 带 does not appear to be valid Kanji... and Google Translate says "attached documents" for the Chinese (Simplified) translation (which I assume is the omake material with the character profiles?).
