Personally, I think that the fact of presence of a certain character (even if it's only that character's hand) is significant. But well... I guess, it's up to Big Dan Heroes to decide.

Danbooru also has a policy that the artists gets the last word which has happened ALOT. If artist says its Meiling, then it's Meiling.
