What i dont understand is how Sheffy is allowed to just Brutalize the Commander, who may be her Commanding/Superior Officer. Even if he committed a social faux pas.

QE hugging lil Renown is cute tho.
I'm going to interpret this as you suggesting I'm taking liberties with the canon source material.
Its your Canon you can do what you want with it, thats part of the fun isnt it?
I dont really see any qoute that would suggest Sheffy to be overtly violent and suggest her being the type to demolish a Room (Which the Maids will have to clean up) and incapacitating the Commander (Which other Ships might take Issues with.(Akagi on Obsession grounds and enterprise on the grounds of having additional work now.)) even over apperent lese majeste.
But thats just subjective personal opinion. If its just a Joke it did not work for me unlike the other strips.

His "social faux pas" crippled the Royal Navy's command structure. Alec Baldwin here may have some problems but this ain't one of them.

Really? Nearly everything Sheffield says suggests she is willing to dispense excessive violence for any imaginable reason.
Quotes from Sheffield:
"Ah... I thought you were a vermin, so I fired on instinct... You're my new Master?"
"Hmm? "Cleaning" things up with a gun falls perfectly within a maid's normal line of duty, Master."
"Master, if you wish to take a nap, please tell me ahead of time. I will make sure you don't oversleep, with this gun."
"Please entrust all "cleaning" tasks to me."
"Master, does the sound of my gun not remind you of something?"
"Do you hear that? The ringing of your death knell."
"I understand, Master. You've finally awakened to the realisation that you are an oversized lump of non-combustible rubbish, and your psyche is screaming for me to grant you the sweet release of... Just kidding."
"I keep a gun with me at all times."
"Regardless of the occasion, there is always time to take out the trash."
"Don't worry, I've hidden my gun."
"*sigh*... As much as I wish I could use my firearms to "take out the trash," doing so would entail wreaking havoc on the stage dressing."
Quotes from Sheffield µ:
"I heard that there are some folks out there who get aroused from being abused by their favorite idol."
"I may not have my gun with me, but you would still be wise to mind your conduct."
"I will "clean up" the pests that seek to disrupt this concert."
"May my song bring you eternal rest..."
"If you dare tell anyone else about what I just said to you, I'll have to sew your lips together."
But perhaps these quotes aren't overt enough for you. Likely you'll find most of Junyou's quotes to be underwhelming as well. But Junyou won't feature into Akagi² any time soon because I strive to keep it PG-rated.
So, am I the only one who has noticed how little renown looks like she took a standing power nap and only tunning into the conversation somewhat after she was being addressed? That and she immediately zoned out until there was an audible pause in the conversation.
Little renown needs rest too. I also figure after the commander is out there is going to be alot less visits to royal territory and sudden uptick in transfers of royals out of the main base
Off-script, but it'd be fun to see an omake-style episode with Sheffy and Lil' R.
Sheffy: "Hmm... not quite the way we learnt it at Hereford, but it was certainly effective. ..' [tight, evil, grin] "Certainly gave our Head Maid a case of the hips."

Belfast, around corner, silently fuming...
As much as Belfast annoys me (especially with how she was portrayed in the 2019 anime series) I think it would be out of character for her to betray even the slightest animus in such a situation. She's head maid for much that reason.
This is going from how she's portrayed in-game as well as how she conducted herself historically. She went toe-to-toe with Scharnhorst in 1943 by herself. In-game, she was coolly professional about the whole affair despite being desperately outmatched. It's also why she retained her cool after Little Renown was able to evade Belfast all while leaving an explosive device to cover her escape.
You have to keep in mind that she's as close to Liz as Warspite is so she's frequently on the receiving end of the former's ire. Also, Belfast's mission is to manage Liz's entire existence from sun up to sun down. That's why she reacted the way she did when Liz locked herself in her room for a few days. Kind of hard to manage someone's existence when you have no access to them. The same could be said for Sheffie, who is even more stone-cold with her professionalism as well as her pragmatism. Neither see Little Renown as a rival, but see her as yet another asset given their mission regardless of Little Renown's somewhat unorthodox training.
That's why both Belfast and Sheffie are not the least bit perturbed by Liz's ranting here.

Fair enough... I may have read too much into the hint in Sheffie's quote page of a bit of jealousy towards Bel over preservation as a museum ship. Though I wouldn't be surprised at a closer degree of collegiality between Sheffie and Lil' R - historically, the Intelligence and Special Warfare communities have always had a close working relationship.
Honestly, I can see Akagi and Akagi-chan teaming up to avenge the Commander.
How DARE those British HARLOTS brutalize him like that?! Especially since it's true that Queen Elizabeth COULD double as an aircraft carrier!
Time for the "Fleet of Floof" to teach those double-crossing, tea-swilling, crumpet-munching, kipper-sniffing, atrocity-committing limey TWERPS a REAL lesson.
Speaking on the first half, I love the "no, your GOING to sleep, we are not arguing this" vibe from Lizzie
A more gentle assertion of her power, I'd argue. Liz is much more self-aware than everyone will give her credit for (certainly more self-aware than the likes of the older Akagi, that's for sure.)

Concur. Almost like Liz is a shrewd, intelligent, and compassionate leader of her faction pretending to be an arrogant, pompous, flighty pre-pubescent teenager to encourage her adversaries to underestimate her, isn't it? I'm relatively new to AL (only been playing two years as a hobby, not investing a lot of time and effort), and I don't have anything in-game to point to, but I got the impression that she's a lot sharper than she lets on. Yeah, she's got the negative traits you alluded to in the baseball game episodes (Enty: Settle down, Miss Monty), but she knows she has those negative traits, and tries to only indulge them in her public persona, rather than letting them get in the way of her goals.
Elizabeth is genuinely more intelligent than she lets on, even in her spin off Manga. The bratty and spoiled attitude is mostly show when there is no imminent danger or threat, but she can compose herself almost immediately when needed.
I think this Discworld quote sums it up pretty well:
"Vell, I am not official," said Otto. "I do not haf zer sword und zer badge. I do not threaten. I am just a vorking stiff. And I make zem laff."
Vimes stared at the man. He'd never thought about that before. But yes...little fussy Otto, in his red-lined black opera cloak with pockets for all his gear, his shiny black dress shoes, his carefully cut widow's peak and, not least, his ridiculous accent that grew thicker or thinner depending on whom he was talking to, did not look like a threat. He looked funny, a joke, a music-hall vampire. It had never previously occurred to Vimes that, just possibly, the joke was on other people. Make them laugh, and they're not afraid.

Sheffield's quotes indicate that she seems to just barely tolerate the Commander for the most part.
Belfast, on the other hand, don't show any animosity towards the Commander, even at the "Stranger" level.

But...your comic, your rules.
You're failing to take into account what Belfast's entire mission in life is, and that's to serve as the head maid to Liz. It's her duty to ensure that Liz's day to day affairs happen as timely and smoothly as possible while at the same time providing an additional layer of security for the Queen.
The Commander's lack of diplomatic grace disrupted this routine. Bel then did what she needed to ensure such a disruption never happens again.
It was nothing personal, and no animus on Bel's part was involved. The same could be said for Sheffield. She was just doing her job.
This really isn't much different than what happens in any professional military. I can't tell you how many times one of my NCOs threw me against a wall by my collar to get my attention. It was nothing personal. Shit needed to get done, and my poor attitude was obstacle that goal.
I hope everything is going well for you. This is a amazing comic you have made. It reminds me of the old comic strips i read in my newspaper i use to get on my way to work. Like Garfield and such that used to be in them.
