Based on the second pic: no, she doesn't have any other 'hole' there except for the poison stinger. And for the segmental difference it's most likely artistic choice, given only 5 segments with the 'natural' tube-like appearance would make the tail looks really odd and rigid. Even Arknights' Manticore design 'cheated' with adding ball-joints and making the stinger the 6th segment to make the tail looks more natural, like post #3563995 can show you.
