Yeah, I noted that before.

Yukari is the type who seems to know everything but actually knows nothing at all though, according to ZUN.

So every time you're gonna talk to a girl, you'll see an open fan-like thing(?) thats behind her.

Yuyuko doesn't need her fan. All she needs is visual contact and boom, death powers are go, and her "rival" crumples to the floor, never to get up again.

Yeah. Her fan is an addition to the diplay of her power and beauty of her danmaku when she would battle with Spell Card rules.
