Zun has said that all youkai can regenerate limbs (but for low level ones that will take years.) Teeth should be much easier.

OR, maybe Hina Kagiyama absorbed all the damage caused by misfortune from Kogasa.
Then Hina can be the next doctor, and to absorb that much misfortune, she has to 'get personal' with Kogasa, so i bet she place kogasa on bed and DID her[/spolier]
