Before translation. I'm very curious to what's goin' on here. Is sakuya saying she believes the people (person) in group X would win against group 0? Or get their ass beaten (knifed)

The question of the quiz is whether Sakuya uses pads or not, and it turns out that she doesn't. Aya asks Sakuya not to kill anybody in the last panel btw.

I'd translate it properly, but my Japanese is only good enough to get the general gist of what they are saying.

Now does Meiling answer false because she knows what will happen to everybody else, because she has faith in Sakuya/hasn't had her mind spoiled by fanon, or because she has actually seen the evidence?
