憂慮の必要はない。大切なことは別にある。

軽い柔軟程度なら問題ないのでは？」

「いいえ、問題だらけです。
そもそも“軽い”という
考え自体が間違っています」

「トレーニング、柔軟、食事、睡眠……
全て軽んじてはいけません」
