    I think the text is saying something along these lines:

    "I've never removed my clothes outside of Hakugyokurou"
    "Youmu? Still not done?"
    "I- wai-" "KYAAAAAAAAA"
    "Oh my"
    "You're doing a bit too much fanservice, Youmu"
    "Uu... I'm coming now..." "Did she see?"

    I think that should be good for translations. I'm not sure how to translate 'wawa,' but it's just kinda like sounds you make when you're embarrassed. Also, for the last line (The small text outside of Youmu's last box) I didn't see a question particle or a question mark so I assume it's a statement.
