Yeah, even if she could support herself with her arms (she can't) or legs (possible, if she tenses them), her whole body pivots around the top ring in the chain, which would be pulling on her collar no matter what.

A nice little way to secure a nice little toy...

I'm a bit late on the reply but, yeah she's gonna have an hard time breathing. But ! She aint gonna strangle to death since there is 3 hooks (neck included) she has 3 times less weight on her neck.
