She's often seen eating fast food with her friends ingame. You can see that in the summer skill animation too. For this running joke, every time City complains in a tsundere manner regarding her Trainer, it feels to Jordan like City's bragging about her boyfriend. Jordan will then share the burgers to those suffering through that bragging with her.
