    This is a user request pic for 磯辺巻き (Isobe Maki) http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=174776. His art is not Danbooru quality, so no artist entry for him.

    These two characters are based off of
    http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=985161
    http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=10417356
    which were both tagged as Fire Emblem by other users and by the artist. The former image was titled as 暗黒僧侶マナ (Dark Priest Mana), so possibly a dark_persona version of mana_(fire_emblem). No clue about the other.
