The billboard below in the reflection? The slogan reads "Feeling stuck in life? / Join my--". The last word is very distorted and blocked but it looks to be "Patreon" to me. It's Mount Lady and Kamui Woods again, where the latter is caught between parts of the former's body, but the anatomy is dodgy: crotch, under-cleavage, armpit, pick one.
I'm more bothered by the fact that you can read it forwards despite being a reflection.
