Feels like Mega Starmie would be one of the kaijus an Ultraman would fight rather than being on their side...
Yeah, it kinda reminds me of Nanashi/Anonymous from SSSS.Gridman. On the other hand, the central gem in its body does resemble a color timer, and it does make Ultra noises when sent out to battle in the anime.
