I can't believe that this design has been discarded, Beta wooper is the most adorable in the world of beta designs, I would have liked it to be at least the middle stage between Wooper and Quagsire, what a pity! its design is great.
But I guess part of it was used to create Mudkip, so it's not all bad.
Still, I want it in the game > :(
