The car is a 1978 to 1981(?) FSO Polonez. From a quick search, the headlights looked to have changed in 1983 to single square-ish parts and this generation was produced until 1991. Sort of problematic as there wasn't a turbocharged option until the 1984 Polonez 2000 Turbo three-door using a 2.0-liter Fiat engine (which could also come supercharged rather than turbocharged, if I'm reading its history correctly). The previous 2000 Rally 2.0-liter engine did not have a turbo or supercharger.

Finally, FSO was a Polish auto manufacturer that started in the 1950s and, when translated, is literally "Passenger Car Factory." It stopped producing automobiles in 2011 when GM Korea (formerly Daewoo) stopped allowing them to produce the Chevrolet Aveo under license. FSO still exists but only manufacturers auto parts rather than whole automobiles.

Polonez had that double headlights actually all up untill 1991 and new Polonez Caro. The cheapest, C Model had square headlights, but also the Lux model too apparently? It's weird and complicated.
