This looks like an animation scene, with background and cels. It could just have been drawn to look that way, though.

It's from a korean film called "Yobi, the Five Tailed Fox". Cant remember if this is a scene or not.

Judging from the trailer, this is indeed a scene from the movie.

I've seen this movie. It's a pretty cute movie, I won't spoil this ending if you ever plan on buying it
