In SWR Tenshi seemed a bit eager to be punished by the others for causing an incident and has been labeled as a masochist by fans. (thus the big M below her on this picture). Miko's boasting can be interpreted the same.

... Sanae seems to be quite happy about this (though this could be just her enjoying to beat up youkai anyway).

Why is she considered a "M" here?

Because she's flat-out saying 'fight me' -- and we saw how well that worked for Tenshi.
