This Cirno is giving me a Reimu feeling. The detached sleeves are adding to that feeling.

Well basically Cirno-nee is we know an older Cirno. Long with that in some fan lore. Cirno idolizes Reimu do to her skill and strength. In turn she trained and trained and lost and lost and lost some more but grew stronger each time to pretty much be THE Strongest....fairy. Plus with that a bit of Reimu did rub off on her.

Though this is my take on it. Views vary do to lack of details on a good part of Touhou's characters and most are accepted fan base and others...well only hit a core group.

In fact, Ricia's Reimu is one of the most laid back fanon Reimu's I have ever seen.

Am I only who finds her (Cirno-nee) quite dull? Oh well, the rest of the cast is amusing.
