Found this on pixiv, and thought worth uploading. I've filled all the tags I could find noteworthy (except for the long haired, red haired guy at the back. Clueless about who he is). It's my first upload, so I don't know how to tag the artist, nor to make the "Valter" tag a Character tag. Artist name's "侶馬っち" wich I can roughly (and partially) translate as "Tsu-chi".
Seth's doesn't suck. If you abuse him early on he'll eat up all the exp just like Marcus, but unlike Marcus, he's actually good unit. Oifey, not Jeigan.

Letting him get the wins he will suck the exp of others. His high status in early chapter make it tempting to use Seth to get them finished, so the strength of others is crippled in the process.

Granted, but perhaps you can wait to abuse arenas or that monster tower and then level him, and then he becomes pretty decent.
Seth is literally the best unit in The Sacred Stones due to his great bases coupled with actually great growth rates, making him the best member of the Oifey archetype by a longshot. All the guy needs is a Seraph Robe and he's good to go.
