Maybe we will find out more later on. As it stands though, seems like Aya is the victim here. That could be the intention though.

Now I'm wondering if the Osa Yukkuri have a hive mind as it seemed that Letty's job was to keep Aya distracted since Osa-Aya MUST screw up EVERY SHOT Aya tries to make.

This is a really old comment but clarifying for future readers. Aya wants to take lewd pictures of flat-chested girls/lolis, hence Aya asking Shizuha to lift her skirt more to show more skin. The Osa-yukkuris are in league to prevent that.
