This spot along the Tama river. Clues are:

• Alignment of the ATC towers in the back. Specifically the left tower just intersecting with the higher part of the building.
• You can just about make out the railing on the right
• The pipe on the concrete wall Nina is walking on (this one basically confirms this is the right spot)
