This user joined in 2020, which would've been plenty of time to purchase Platinum before it was retired (and then unretired after Gold payments were disabled). Uses that joined afterward can still get Platinum through raffles held every few months.
You would think this user would've been banned at least once, especially since the user was given two Neutral and Negative feedbacks for this kind of behavior over the years and has shown no improvement. Other users have gotten banned for far less.
