I thought it was "CQC". What does QCQ stand for? Qontrived combat qompetence?

I've not played any Silent Hill, but I assume in this case, QCQ is a visual pun on the protagonist constantly crying, as shown in this image. So in essence, a master in crying whilst wrecking the monsters' shits up.
