    From the ribbons, I think the one at far left is Hina-there are ribbons on the arm as well, and no trace of Reimu's detached sleeves. Unfortunately, I don't remember Hina's full name, so I can't tag her.

    Also, the silhouette indicates thate the hair is tied in front of the chest, which is also a trademark Hina feature.
