The captions of this and its child post seem to indicate they are a repost of an older image and therefore shouldn't be tagged as Dimitri's Shadow's design. I believe it is just a kemo version of him (these weren't uncommon) that was previously unuploaded.

(Not to mention the fact that this specific design does not appear in the game anyways)
