Its not. It reveals that Koishi's more just an eternal wanderer.

At once, this picture can be seen as both Heart-Warming and Heart-Breaking.

Heart-Warming because, as WatcherCCG said, she's free. No longer needing to hide or run away from others.

Heart-Breaking because she's run away from her nature as a satori. Her sister would certainly be disappointed to see this.
