What's up with the half pixelated / half smooth line throughout the art ?

It's visible when you full size the picture, like the horizontal hair strand on her ear, or on her waist, her right side is pixelated and her left side is smooth in comparaison.
Isn't that a sign of generating with AI a pretty low-res art and then just redrawing on it ? Or am i mistaken ?
