Whenever you are tagging something with TAGNAME, you always need to think from the perspective of a future user using that tag in a search and ask the question "Would this be a useful result when searching for TAGNAME?"

Quadruple amputee is used on images of characters that have visibly lost all their limbs, regardless of cause. Adding it to this post would be like adding the tag on an post of a Voltorb. Its pointless and unnecessary.
