It started with Hounori and Itou Yuuji drawing Yuyuko and Patchouli showing their breasts and explaining that their place is better than the other's. Other people joined in, and it quickly got out of hand. It's now referred to as the "Eronori Incident", from Hounori's "Eronori" nickname for when he draws something dirty.
