I'm not sure if there is a better term for it, but it's the design where the neck of the top goes way down revealing not only a lot of the breasts but also some stomach.

Absolute Cleavage is what TVTropes uses, for what it's worth...

Center opening is similar in that it exposes about the same area, but those look like they are all either A) where the top is "closed" at the neck or breasts and then open below that (e.g. post #1302622 or post #1285807) or B) where the suit is meant to be zipped up but isn't (post #1172464).
This "plunging neckline" is a situation where the neckline of the clothing is actually around the level of the stomach, and is meant to be worn that way, like post #142085 or post #121525.

These should go under cleavage_cutout/unbuttoned. (there's also navel_cutout and related)

unzipped (+ full-length_zipper)
Also open_clothes.

This kind of stuff (also post #1308490, post #1305081) is probably the only thing center_opening should be used for, unless we want it to be some sort of umbrella tag.
I'm also somewhat surprised we don't have a low_cut/neckline tag.

That's not what I'm talking about. That first one doesn't have any part of the clothing on the neck at all and the second one is closed at the neck and only open below it. Can't anyone grasp what I'm saying here? Something like post #1286381 or post #924965. Open from the front of the neck to below the breasts, while still being supported by the back of the neck.
(Maybe it's not worth tagging it if nobody can understand the concept...)
I get it, and I think that a clear name and definition would help more people understand.
Based off of v-neck, maybe deep_v-neck would work?
And this could be its definition:
When the neckline of a shirt or dress creates an upright V shape extending to below the breasts, exposing the front of the torso (like post #1286381 and post #142085).

v-neck
A v-neck that drops low enough to show cleavage, it is simple enough to understand. However, that is center opening's definition, but I don't think that's a very good name.
It seems more like this would be a subset of center_opening rather than the same concept. Center_opening includes things like post #1335880, even though that isn't really a plunging neckline or v-neck.
And I agree that center_opening's name and definition don't really match up.
When a bodysuit, catsuit, or other top is partially unzipped or otherwise open, baring a lot of skin and cleavage in the middle without actually fully exposing the breasts.
That definition needs to be cleared up to make it clearer that it's about the cleavage being exposed, not necessarily the top being opened far down.
