The actual artist of the image posted it herself, she's mentioned Danbooru on the blog and doesn't seem to mind that her work is around the site already. Just figured I'd give a heads up.
I'm not sure why you're saying that in the deletion appeal thread rather than bringing it up in a thread of its own.
Anyway, that could be problematic since it violates our self-posting rule. The rule should apply to Pixiv artists as much as it does to Deviant Art artists.
Maybe we need someone decent at English to Japanese translation to provide our rules in Japanese in addition to English? Or does that just open up a slippery slope we'd rather avoid?
EDIT: Actually this might be additionally complicated by the fact that the artist's blog is in Chinese.
