Pointless Pools

BUR #49412 has been approved by @evazion.

nuke pool:7143

(Touhou - Pictures by an unknown Twilight frontier artist)
Covered by artist request. Can always explain under each post the reason but I'll also leave it under this BUR for records sakes

Original Pool Description

Pictures that were previously posted on the circle's website and were believed to be by alphes, but now believed to possibly been done by another artist from the circle. They're often noted for the curves shown in contrast to most offical touhou art. Once the artist matter is resolved this pool would likely be removed.

Should these be at least parented instead? It seems like we'd just be losing information that would be relevant to potentially finding the artist.

Just going to go for a straight nuke, I don't think this needs anything special to accompany historical connection. The comments section can be used for interesting factoids like this or not at all. However, I don't think this is the right use of historical connection to begin with at least if I'm understanding the wiki properly, this sounds something more like real_life_connection/reference or something else.

Meh because this might be a genuinely taggable and interesting concept but I don't have any names to workshop. A BUR should at least get eyes and discussion on this a bit more instead of letting it die after a single reply.

Edit: If it's the umamusume and the racehorse, We do have historical_name_connection which I believe applies there based on its use in kancolle posts featuring the real ship. Not sure what goes for the jocky. But agreed, it should be a taggable concept.

You'd probably need to explain why they're parented in the comments anyway, which is why I said the reason for artist resquest can be left under each post. Regardless, this isn't what pools are for and being a pool for 12 years hasn't exactly helped finding the original artist(s) thus far.

Agreed that it doesn't need to be a pool and it's not what pools are for, but just adding artist request will get them lost in the sea of 125k other artist request posts and lose the connection between them. A comment under one post which all the others are parented to makes sense to me.

there's some more literal interpretations of the pool's name that i'm not sure qualify for food focus. post #1224479, post #754344, post #2129104 and so on. may need some gardening first.

Crap, didn't see those. Anyway, the answer to all of these is "No", and those are very much part of an equally taggable fetish around sexualizing food. I suggest the tag name "erotic food" that appeal more to that kink (which these posts definitely are).

I just tagged them as Twilight Frontier. The other posts under that tag weren't credited to any specific artist either.
