I've noticed that a lot of dialogue in this pool is not actually very quotable. I suggest this pool's name be changed to "Memorable Dialogue" or something similar.
Well generally there's a lot of overlap between memorable and quotable words and phrases. Memorable phrases tend to have a way of finding times to be quoted appropriately and quotable phrases tend to be memorable (else you wouldn't be able to quote them). I think both this post and OP are nit picking a little.
