Pixiv page (pixiv #24680303) gives name as "蛮牛の大胜利"
I can't tell if 蛮牛の大胜利 is supposed to be read as Chinese or Japanese. There's obviously a hiragana "no" in there, but as far as I can tell the character 胜 is a Simplified Chinese character which does not exist in Japanese (Japanese uses the traditional character 勝). Google searching 蛮牛 returns hits predominantly in Chinese. Furthermore, judging from his comments the artist's primary language is Chinese.
With Chinese reading (except for the の) the romanization is Man Niu no Da Shengli. With Japanese reading (substituting in 勝 for 胜) the romanization is Ban Ushi no Dai Shouri.

The artist already existed at artist #177123 but was deleted for some unknown reason. I've undeleted it and moved the posts to it.
As for where the name came from, I'm not sure either, but it's possible that's that what the name was at the time.
