Mmmm, the site name seems to instead be 熱情を持て余して以下略 (maybe?), which when romanized is just too long for a tag.

So if we're just taking something from a URL either way I guess it can't hurt to use the shorter one, so gucha_(netsu).

There are several possible readings, so we'll have to pick one. noue_(no_zog) for instance.
