Tag Alias: aiming at viewer -> pov aiming

Aliasing aiming at viewer -> pov aiming.

Reason: The former is not currently a tag, but means the same thing as the latter. We also have tags for looking at viewer and pointing at viewer, so doing this in reverse might work also.

I vote for doing the reverse.

aiming_at_viewer is certainly less ambiguous.
pov_aiming could be interpreted as post #740715.

+1 for using aiming_at_viewer rather than pov_aiming
