How does one go about making a new tag?

I have noticed that there is no tag for a mantle on clothing, is this something that should be added? If so how should I go about adding it? Anyway, thanks for your time.

The mantle tag is already implicated.

As dean exia tried to say, mantle is currently aliases to capelet. But depending on its length you may want to use the cape tag instead.

Edit: And to answer question from the thread title: creating a forum thread is a right thing if you want to make a new tag. This was also recently discussed in forum #79979.
