Torso/hip anatomy looks off to me. Not keen on the face either. Even if something doesn't get approved it still stays archived.

Another approver ended up approving them but IP popularity doesn't equate to approvals, it's down to art quality.

Can't speak for other approvers but don't like the style personally.

I did it a few times before and they got deleted too, lol. Anyways, it is best not to post textless version of NSFW images if you are not a Contributor, especially when the original version posts bypassed the mod queue, as they are unlikely to be approved.
my first post got left unapproved for 3 days, and I have no idea what could be wrong

I thought all these were similar in theme and quality compared to other approved works by the artist. Having a hard time determining why these were singled out.

It might be because your image has no source, I think approvers are less likely to accept art (that isn't a game CG, official art, or commissioner upload) with non-web_source.
I fixed it for you but next time you can use sites like Google Images or SauceNao to find it, and if the pixiv link is deleted you can still use the link as a source just add the bad pixiv id tag
