I guess looking at the art the right bikini strap merges with the hair and the eyes look weird, plus the chain on the artist's other art of Kino is especially off-putting, but I'll leave it to the AI forensic experts.
I don't understand why this hasn't been approved after 2 appeals...

Hi, I'm sorry — I'm new here and I didn't realize I needed to tag my upload as AI-generated. It was only after the post (#9402222) was deleted that I understood the issue.
If there are no other problems with it, I'd like to reupload it with the proper tags. Are there any other issues I should be aware of before doing so?

AI-generated images are banned from Danbooru. You shouldn't upload it, go to AIBooru instead.
