You got them from hitomi and changed the source to pixiv, right? Ask for the ones that aren't paid rewards to be replaced and I'll approve them.
So, this one left me a bit puzzled:
The art looks pretty quality to me, defo comparable to other pieces by the artist. Is it the lack of a BG? Or something about the expression?
So, what happens when one's next level is say 9 approvals away but slots are reduced to 8 uploads? Am I just screwed forever now?
Had a couple deleted that I thought were genuinely high quality from a well known artist, even if his artstyle isn't from anyone and I'm not sure I'm in limbo now. At least someone applied for them to appealed. Please give them a look and give me some feedback.

Upload slots are more accurately described as "pending upload" slots; once your uploads are no longer pending (approved or deleted after 3 days) it'll be freed up again. about:upload limits

It's unfortunate these weren't unapproved, I thought they looked fantastic, especially the 3D model. I wished the approvers felt the same way.
Why wasn't this submission approved, it's not made by AI, it's high quality and has many ratings.
