The first one is extremely pixelated. Yes, the artist like making such unclean lines, but this one is a bit over the top.
The second one has few/no shading (face, hair). Therefore, it looks very flat.
The third one has some anatomy problems, especially the left leg which doesn't fit to the body. It incorrectly drawn.
The forth one.......looks ok, but those breasts are more like bricks but that's more because it is covered by a breastplate. I'll undelete this.

I honestly don't see any issue with the first post's art style. As tagged, it's an oekaki that's meant to be simplistic and pixelly (As it uses a hard pixel brush), often done with primitive programs.
It's just possible that the image or character didn't appeal to approvers.

I would like to get some advice. I appear to always screw up when uploading images or they don't get approved very often.

Other comics done by the same guy got approved such as Suicidal Maidens. Can someone explain the reasoning behind this comic series wasn't approved?
I'm trying to figure out what it could be.
