February announcements stuck?

Whenever I log out and log back in, these two announcements reappear back in the announcement bar (or whatever its name is):

2/6: Danbooru 2 testing contest winners announced
2/6: Scheduled downtime on Saturday, 2/11

Seeing as these things are nearly three months past, is there any way of getting rid of these things for good? They are merely a mild annoyance, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

You could try PMing Albert. He's the only one with the power to change the announcements.

Push the close button on the right?

I do that, but it comes back, like I said.
