A tag for in-game pictures

There are two tags which can possibly expand over this topic: game_cg and official_art.

Game_cg specifically calls for eroge games, and official_art seems a bit off from in-game pictures.

I was wondering if we could make a new tag for this.

P.S. I did try to see if there is a thread(? or board?) with same topic, but this search engine was too hard for me to figure out how to find that particular topic. If this has already been discussed, please tell me what I should do for tags.

It's not really screencap; is it? I thought screencap was a picture from direct screenshooting.

Sounds like image files from the game's files. So while a screencap would be everything displayed at a time, this is just that specific image, sans any overlying UI or whatnot.

The closest thing I can think of is post #736697 which appears in the panel to the right of the game window when you're not wearing a costume.

Was this thread born out of the comments in post #1131081 by any chance?

I think game CG seems fine for such things.

Seems to me like game_cg should be expanded to fit all examples of in-game art. Doesn't seem like it makes much sense to limit a tag with that kind of name to just eroge, and someone who only sees the words "game CG" would never think it only applies to eroge, either.

game_cg at least applies to all-ages galge too, and is not limited to just eroge.

So, would Game_cg cover all the in-game arts?

Well, either way, it doesn't seem like it should be limited to just games like that.
