The character ナ (na) can be associated with the number 7 (nana) in Japanese, and メ (me) can be read as "me," creating the punny romanization "7name." She doesn't romanize her name as "naname" anywhere, she's consistent with using "7name" for everything.

She does, on Fanbox and YouTube. 7 can be used as wordplay for simply な/ナ, so the reading of her name is Naname. 7name would be a unique tag for now, but I think this is unnecessary.
