Is this because of the shared stacc? Because the stacc ID is like a Twitter handle--once it's abandoned, anyone else can scoop it up. That alone isn't enough to prove a connection.
After prodding around a bit, I'm going to remove my upvote here (forum #385546). There's definitely the case of staccs not being unique whereas the UserId is, though I'm just about mostly confident that they are the same user account, but it seems they were subjected to some kind of harassment (redrawing?) campaign a long time ago which caused them to scrub their account. The sole link that would be able to help figure this out, their Yahoo Auctions page, is inaccessible due to the service being stopped. All per https://maruto.fanbox.cc/posts/8347650.
Might be unwise to alias for both factors and no longer having a valid link. Though I may check again later if it's not already handled by an admin if there's a different angle.
